We are currently seeking a high calibre professional to join our team as a Executive Assistant.
In this role you will
- Provide end-to-end executive support to the Head of Legal to optimise executive time, including complex diary and inbox management, meeting coordination across time zones, travel arrangements, action tracking, and prioritisation.
- Coordinate, liaise, and complete tasks with a high level of accuracy, ensuring completion within timelines and prioritising work to maintain focus on key matters.
- Organise and support key governance and leadership forums, visits, and events, ensuring materials, agendas, and actions are well coordinated, formatted, collated, and managed.
- Coordinate engagement with senior stakeholders and act as a professional point of contact for internal and external stakeholders to support effective communication flow with discretion and sound judgement.
- Build strong relationships across all levels of the organisation to navigate and deliver day-to-day work.
- Provide IT administration (access requests, distribution lists, equipment and logistics coordination), support expense optimisation and maintain appropriate records.
- Provide administrative support, as required, to the Head of Legal’s direct reports to ensure joined-up delivery across the leadership team.
- Handle sensitive information with care and maintain awareness of relevant policies and procedures, Group standards and guidelines, demonstrating a strong risk and control mindset.
To be successful you will need
- Previous executive assistant experience, ideally within financial services.
- Strong interpersonal skills; excellent teamwork; and excellent written and verbal communication skills, with confidence engaging senior stakeholders professionally.
- Strong organisational skills, close attention to detail, and the ability to manage a demanding diary and dynamic, competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong working knowledge and experience using common office tools, including calendar management, presentations, briefing notes, action trackers, and spreadsheets. Comfortable using digital tools to manage actions, meetings, travel, and information efficiently.
- A self-starting mindset—proactive, strategic, and capable of working independently; able to anticipate needs, solve problems, and work under pressure. Strong follow-up discipline and the ability to multitask and deliver.
- High integrity and discretion when dealing with confidential information.
