We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Consultant Specialist.
Business: CTO Data Technology
Principal responsibilities
- Lead discovery, gap analysis, and impact assessments to define clear business outcomes and delivery scope.
- Elicit, document, and manage requirements; write user stories and NFRs with measurable acceptance criteria and traceability.
- Support API design by translating business needs into API functional requirements (endpoints, payloads, error handling, security considerations) with architects/engineers.
- Produce data mapping deliverables (source-to-target mappings, data definitions, transformation rules) and support lineage/reconciliation across platforms.
- Drive effective internal and external stakeholder management: facilitate workshops, manage dependencies, resolve conflicts, and support UAT and sprint ceremonies (refinement, planning, reviews, retros).
Requirements
- Strong Business Analysis experience in complex, multi-stakeholder environments with excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven ability to manage and influence internal stakeholders (Product, Ops, Risk/Compliance, Architecture, Engineering) and external stakeholders (vendors/partners/third parties) using structured communication and governance.
- Solid requirements engineering skills (workshops, interviews, process/journey mapping, user stories, acceptance criteria, NFRs).
- Working knowledge of API design concepts and ability to collaborate effectively with technical teams to shape implementable requirements.
- Hands-on experience with data mapping and data analysis; basic Agile/Scrum knowledge and comfort working with backlogs and tools such as JIRA/Confluence.
