Get to Know the Team

GrabMart & GrabExpress is a dynamic team responsible for driving the growth and operational excellence of Grab's quick-commerce and on-demand delivery businesses. GrabMart powers a fast-growing e-supermarket and everyday essentials delivery service, while GrabExpress enables reliable, flexible delivery solutions for consumers and businesses. Our team is made up of driven and entrepreneurial individuals who operate with an experimental mindset, balancing strategy and hands-on execution to unlock growth, solve operational challenges, and deliver impact at scale.

Get to Know the Role

Join the GrabMart & GrabExpress Strategy team to support key strategic and operational priorities across both businesses. In this role, you will play an important part in ensuring GrabMart fleet operations run smoothly, with ownership of driver supply performance and close collaboration with Driver's product and functional teams. You will also support GrabMart and GrabExpress strategy, lead special projects, and help strengthen day-to-day operations to ensure both businesses perform well and execute against their goals.

The Critical Tasks You Will Perform

• Own GrabMart fleet management by ensuring smooth day-to-day fleet operations, monitoring driver supply performance, and driving initiatives to improve supply health, service reliability, and operational efficiency.
• Partner closely with the regional driver product team and cross-functional stakeholders to address fleet-related challenges, improve operational processes, and support the implementation and adoption of new tools, products, and initiatives for GrabMart.
• Support GrabMart and GrabExpress strategy, from ideation and planning through execution, by tracking business performance, identifying risks and opportunities, and translating insights into actionable recommendations and operating plans.
• Drive the execution of strategic plans and operational initiatives across GrabMart and GrabExpress by coordinating with stakeholders, following through on implementation, resolving on-the-ground issues, and ensuring initiatives deliver measurable business impact.

Qualifications

What Essential Skills You Will Need

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in logistics, last-mile delivery, e-commerce, or marketplace businesses, or in a management consulting firm.
• You can throw in big WHAT IF and light up new ideas with rationale attached
• Passionate and able to excel in a fast-paced team environment, while being deliver tasks.
• You can invent structural thinking framework and simplify into relevant action plans
• You have solid analytical and problem-solving skills, basic SQL is a plus
