Order Administration Specialist

Role Description & Responsibilities:

• Analyze, control and approve orders and renewals in compliance with 3DS policies and rules.
• Analyze, control and approve Customers’ and Distributors’ claims.
• Ensure POs, RNs, Claims and NTSRs are processed as per agreement and as per 3DS policies and rules.
• Elevate internal & external customers’ satisfaction on ordering through Hypercare operations with GEOs and Partners.
• Manage Non-Technical Service Request (NTSRs) by prioritizing and dispatching NTSRs, analyzing requests through issue reproduction, and following up issue escalation until the resolution delivery.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or higher degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
• At least 7 years in Order Management or Sales Operations
• Possesses strong analytical skills to review commercial contracts, purchase orders, and complex pricing structures accurately
• Demonstrates proven work experience within the software industry
• Business-Level English
