Role Description & Responsibilities

• Work with sales teams to understand customer needs and propose digital manufacturing solutions.
• Analyze engineering and manufacturing processes through factory visits and workshops.
• Deliver demos and PoCs covering MBOM, BOP, BOE, process planning, and 3D simulation.
• Configure demo environments and create simple prototypes based on customer requirements.
• Support presales activities and share global best practices with customers in Japan.

Qualifications

• At least two years of experience in presales, implementation, consulting, or system development in PLM or digital manufacturing.
• Knowledge or experience in MBOM, BOP, BOE, process planning, or engineering-to-manufacturing processes.
• Ability to understand customer challenges and explain technical solutions clearly.
• Experience delivering software demos or PoCs and preparing presentation materials.
• Japanese proficiency is required to communicate with internal and external stakeholders
