As Director of National Sales within our Canadian Nutrition team, you will help bring iconic brands like Simply, Minute Maid, Fruitopia, Fuze Iced Tea, and Fairlife to life wherever consumers enjoy beverages.

What You’ll Do for Us
Lead broker partner engagement with clear strategic direction, operational oversight, and performance management to execute sales and growth objectives.
Deliver annual business targets—including Net Revenue, Gross Profit, Volume, Market Share, Trade Investment, and Operating Expenses—through rigorous planning and broker-led execution.
Manage collaborative business planning cycles with broker teams and national customers, driving initiatives that elevate category performance and brand merchandising.
Spearhead joint promotional, pricing, and merchandising programs across accounts to maximize portfolio visibility and profitability.
Partner cross-functionally with internal Commercial, Supply Chain, Finance, Marketing, and Innovation teams to align execution priorities and address operational challenges.
Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers at customers and broker organizations, ensuring trust and ongoing strategic collaboration.
Activate direct supply chain strategies, optimizing efficiencies and ensuring service reliability across Coca‑Cola North America Product Supply and FSOP distributor networks.
Incorporate insights from Voice of the Customer into regional and national planning, embedding operational performance data and feedback into growth strategies.
Drive competitive analysis and category trend reviews, sharing actionable insights to strengthen planning and maintain leadership in on-premise beverage offerings within FSOP channels.
Lead the governance of weekly, monthly, and annual stewardship routines with broker and customer teams that measure progress against mutually agreed objectives.
Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business, sales, marketing, or equivalent experience.
7+ years of experience in national account management or sales leadership within beverage or CPG industries; FSOP, wholesale, or broker-managed channels highly preferred.
Proven ability to align resources across complex multi-stakeholder environments and deliver sustainable growth targets.
Deep knowledge of customer management and retail execution dynamics, especially within foodservice on-premise networks.
Strong leadership and influencing skills with experience managing external partners and cross-functional teams.
Advanced problem-solving skills combined with financial acumen for evaluating trade investments and customer profitability.
Familiarity with end-to-end supply chain and distributor systems relevant to FSOP operations and product flow.
Proficiency in using CRM platforms, analytics tools, and digital systems for performance tracking and planning.
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced environment, with the capability to prioritize multiple projects under evolving market conditions.
Ability to drive collaborative solutions that result in shared value and win-win outcomes for customers and Coca‑Cola.
