The AWS Developer Relations team in LATAM is seeking a Marketing Manager for Developer Content & Events. In this role you'll own how AWS developer content reaches and grows audiences across Latin America. You'll run our YouTube operations end to end, manage localized newsletters in local language that nurture leads from our programs and events, and lead sponsored third-party events from contract to execution. You'll also manage large-scale partnerships, and build the mechanisms for scale. This role combines content operations, event management, and vendor and budget ownership.
Key job responsibilities
- Own YouTube channel operations and growth across LATAM, program managing the content pipeline and reporting on performance
- Partner with the Developer Experience, Developer Marketing team to run localized newsletters in local language as a nurture path for leads from AWS programs and events.
- Lead sponsored events end to end, including contracts, vendor negotiation, purchase orders, logistics, and budget.
- Manage large-scale third-party partnerships.
- Build mechanisms to scale developer content in Latin America.

Basic Qualifications
- Experience building, executing and scaling cross-functional programs or marketing campaigns from concept to completion
- 4+ years of marketing experience
- Experience using customer research, hard data and metrics to back up assumptions, generate forecasts, and assess the efficacy of marketing programs
- Demonstrated success managing content channels or programs and reporting on performance metrics.
- Proven track record of managing vendors, contracts, and budgets in a fast-paced environment.
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Spanish and English
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience utilizing systems and tools involving email, web, analytics, and CRM (Marketo, Tableau, Salesforce, etc.) for targeting, segmentation, reporting for demand generation
- Knowledge of AWS or the cloud computing industry
- Speak, write, and read fluently in Portuguese
- Experience managing YouTube or other developer content platforms and interpreting audience metrics
- Experience negotiating and managing third-party event sponsorships and platform partnerships
