We are looking for a Program Manager II to join the Same Day Operations team within First mile, responsible for scaling and optimizing the Amazon Flash and Pick-up Express programs in Brazil. This role will drive the end-to-end program management of same-day operations. Your main challenge will be to connect business and technology, benchmarking globally to create a world-class delivery experience for Customers and Sellers in Brazil.
This role requires a strong ability to work with large volumes of data, communicate results to senior leadership, and influence stakeholders across multiple levels of the organization.
Key job responsibilities
- Shape the development of the Amazon Flash program roadmap, defining priorities, milestones, and success metrics aligned with business goals;
- Implement strategic projects to ensure the best cost-efficiency, speed, and coverage throughout the Last Mile;
- Be data-driven to identify new business opportunities that empower Amazon Flash operations and achieve competitive parity with marketplace peers;
- Collaborate with technology teams and product managers to develop new tools, systems, and API integrations that support program scalability;
- Manage phased rollout plans including seller enablement and volume scaling;
- Work effectively with various stakeholders at different levels, including field operators, support teams, marketplace teams, and tech product managers;
- Produce written narratives (6-pagers, PR/FAQs, business reviews) to communicate program status, risks, and opportunities to senior leadership;
- Work closely with the team to understand business challenges and provide data-driven analysis for better decision-making.
Basic Qualifications
- Knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) at an advanced level and SQL
- Bachelor's degree
- Experience in Project/Program management
- Experience in English-language communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience in program management, logistics, operations, supply chain, transportation, or a related field
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with data analysis (including advanced Excel and database analysis)
- Experience in logistics, transportation, supply chain, import/export operations, or data entry/data administration
- Experience in e-commerce logistics, marketplace platforms, or delivery startups.
