As an IT Support Associate at Amazon, you will be responsible for delivering end-user support, infrastructure management, and audiovisual assistance for the Sydney Amazon community. Your work will enable our teams to stay focused on what they do best. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team, leverage in-house AI tools and AWS technology, and grow through continuous learning.
What You'll Do
- Promptly research, resolve, and respond to user requests, ensuring high-quality support.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot end-user computing issues, from analysis to testing and follow-up.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to process support requests, incidents, and project activities.
- Assist with triage and escalation of server, system, or network issues.
- Manage accurate inventory of Amazon-owned equipment.
- Provide hands-on and remote support for teleconferencing systems and AV presentation equipment.
You'll work a rostered business hours shift Monday to Friday, along with a shared on-call rotation.

Basic Qualifications
- 1+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- Experience setting up, taking down and re-locating PC systems
- 1+ years of Windows Server technologies: AD, DFS, Print Services, SCCM experience
- 1+ years of troubleshooting in a multi-user high availability environment experience
- 1+ years of networking (such as DNS, DHCP, SSL, OSI Model, and TCP/IP) experience
- 1+ years of supporting and maintaining a corporate network environment experience
Preferred Qualifications
- 2+ years of corporate setting Windows, Mac or Linux Operating systems support experience
- 1+ year of experience providing on-site support and troubleshooting in a high-availability, multi-user environment.
- 1+ Experience supporting video conference and teleconference equipment.
