The Role:

We're hiring a hands-on sales leader to build, run, and scale our Americas business. This is a high-impact role for someone who can operate at both the strategic and execution level — leading teams, shaping deals, and driving consistent, repeatable growth. You'll work across geographically dispersed customers, partners, and internal teams, aligning execution across Sales, Systems Engineering, Marketing, and Customer Success.

What You'll Do:

• Own revenue growth across the Americas
• Define and execute go-to-market and expansion strategy
• Partner with your team to shape and close strategic deals — stepping in personally on key opportunities
• Build and scale a high-performing enterprise sales team with a growth mindset
• Drive a high-velocity closing culture across new business and expansion
• Develop and grow channel partnerships, converting plans into measurable pipeline and revenue
• Establish operating rigor across pipeline management, forecasting, and performance reporting

What We're Looking For:

• 10+ years in B2B enterprise sales leadership, with direct ownership of $100M+ in annual recurring revenue
• Proven track record scaling revenue in high-growth environments
• Background in SaaS, platform, or infrastructure-driven businesses
• Strong coaching ability paired with hands-on involvement in closing complex deals
• Experience building and running partner-led / channel sales models
• Track record operating effectively across distributed teams and markets
