Therefore, we are searching for a highly strategic Senior Manager of CEMEA Marketing Services to lead the strategy, commercialization, and performance management of Sponsorships within CEMEA Marketing Services. The Senior Manager will be responsible for developing a robust sponsorship commercialization strategy, creating set plays and playbooks, setting pricing and commercial guardrails, proactively managing asset inventory, and partnering with the regions and markets to successfully commercialize Sponsorship programs with clients across CEMEA. Additionally, the Senior Manager will help support the exploration of net-new sponsorship and partnership opportunities across CEMEA or in specific sub-regions, in close collaboration with the CEMEA Sponsorship Team, Regional Marketing Services Partners, and Finance. The selected candidate will play a critical role in shaping Marketing Services into a scaled, disciplined, and high-performing revenue engine across CEMEA. This position will report directly to the Senior Director of Commercialization and Go-to-Market of CEMEA Marketing Services.

Performance Management & Optimization:
- Support the design and implementation of frameworks for Marketing Services target setting, pipeline tracking and revenue reporting across all Sponsorship properties in close partnership with CEMEA Finance
- Proactively report on sponsorships sales pipelines and client activity, and deliver any other custom analyses as required
- Build and maintain a robust tracking mechanism to understand global and regional Sponsorship asset inventories across the Marketing Services business and sell-in status by client
- Review overall performance and identify optimization opportunities to improve sweating of assets across regions and clients
- Support renewal strategies through performance insights and forward-looking recommendations
Cross-Functional Orchestration and Collaboration:
- Partner with sub-regions to ensure effective execution and localization of sponsorship commercialization strategies
