- Execute enablement programs for approval performance, account funding, payouts, fast-funds readiness, client-level readiness, and mandate-related requirements.
Compliance, Mandates, and Governance:
- Track client execution of global requirements related to enablement, data standards, approval behavior, and network rules.
- Track readiness, waiver status, compliance gaps, exemptions, escalations, and remediation timelines.
Ecosystem Capability and Service Adoption:
- Drive client readiness and adoption of alias-based routing, value-added services, account verification, account lookup, tokenization, and identity services.
- Identify and resolve technical, data, operational, and market-specific blockers to Visa Direct adoption.
Data, Insights, and Product Feedback:
- Build and maintain dashboards for client performance, enablement, compliance, adoption, and campaign tracking.
- Analyze client and ecosystem data to identify trends, risks, performance gaps, and prioritization opportunities.
- Translate client needs, adoption barriers, regulatory constraints, and ecosystem insights into actionable Visa Direct product feedback and enhancement opportunities.
Stakeholder Coordination and Program Execution:
- Partner across Product, Compliance, Legal, Client Success, regional teams, data teams, and operations teams to execute global programs.
- Support client communications, training materials, program collateral, adoption playbooks, and engagement plans.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution to drive consistent rollout, issue resolution, performance tracking, and leadership reporting.
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
