Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated Global Deals Data & Analytics Manager to lead the scaling and continuous enhancement of the Deal Team’s data-driven transformation, with a primary focus on enabling Deal Performance Tracking (DPT) across regions.
This role has global scope and requires close partnership with regional deal teams, Finance, Strategy, Sales Operations, and Technology teams to drive adoption, prioritize enhancements, and embed scalable processes across the end-to-end deal lifecycle. The successful candidate will combine strong analytical and product management capabilities with the ability to influence across a matrixed environment, translating business needs into platform improvements and actionable insights.

Key Responsibilities
DPT Global Rollout & Adoption
Co-lead the global rollout and scale-up of the Deal Performance Tracking (DPT) platform
Partner with regional teams to integrate DPT into the end-to-end deal process
Data-Driven Transformation
Promote and operationalize a data-driven culture within deal teams globally
Identify opportunities to enhance decision-making through data and insights
Product & Platform Management
Prioritize enhancements, define business requirements, and collaborate with business and technology teams to deliver scalable features that improve reporting, insight generation, and user experience
Support user acceptance testing, validation, and release readiness for new functionality, ensuring solutions meet business needs and are fit for scale
AI & Innovation
Identify and implement opportunities to leverage AI/GenAI in deal performance tracking and analytics
Drive innovative approaches to automate insights and improve user experience
User Enablement & Support
Co-manage and enhance the DPT user support ecosystem (e.g., documentation, training, FAQs)
Capture and share best practices and lessons learned across regions to support continuous improvement and consistent adoption
Visa requires at least 3 days in office, expectations of these days will be confirmed by your Hiring Manager.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field (Master’s preferred)
4+ years of experience in data analytics, reporting, or modeling
Strong product management mindset, with experience translating business requirements into delivered data and analytics solutions.
Knowledge of AI/GenAI concepts and their application in business analytics
Knowledge in data tools/languages (e.g., Python, SQL) and data viz tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Excellent communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate data into insights
Ability to work both independently and cross-functionally in a global environment
Fluency in English
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting global transformation in a highly matrixed organization for platform rollouts, or product adoption initiatives
Experience working across Finance, strategy, commercial, or technology stakeholder groups
Experience in process standardization, governance, training, or change management in a global organization
