Job Description
Responsibilities:
Draft, negotiate and review a broad range of commercial contracts and other legally binding documents. This also includes development of templates/standard documents or adapting U.S. and CEMEA Hub documents to local requirements
Providing reviews of new business and products & solutions initiatives and assessment of applicable regulatory requirements
Advising on arrangements with partners for product development initiatives and other arrangements including drafting and negotiating relevant agreements
Where required, coordinate and supervise outside counsels for timeliness, cost-effectiveness, and excellence of service and work product
Monitor regulatory developments and advise teams in SEA and WCA sub-region and CEMEA HQ about applicable legal requirements, their implications and compliance strategies as well as assisting with regulatory filings
Assisting relevant functions with approval of internal and external communications and presentations
This is a hybrid position. Expectation of days in office will be confirmed by your hiring manager
