Job Description
We are seeking a Senior Manager, Sales Enablement & Training to join Visa’s Value-Added Services (VAS) organization and drive training and enablement for our Central Europe, Middle East and Africa (CEMEA) sales team. This individual contributor role reports to the Director, Regional Sales Enablement & Training with dual reporting responsibilities to the VAS Go-to-Market (GTM) function in CEMEA. This individual will design and execute strategic sales programs to ensure VAS Sellers (account executives) have the skills, knowledge, and tools to effectively position Visa’s products and solutions. They will work infuse sales materials with local knowledge and expertise, and tailor the content, enablement and training outcomes to meet the needs of the GTM team’s desired outcomes. The ideal candidate brings a blend of content creation, training expertise, project management skills, and sales acumen, with the energy and flexibility to thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will collaborate extensively with cross-functional partners – including GTM, Product Management, Sales Operations, Marketing, Sales Enablement and Seller Experience leads – to deliver consistent, high-impact and comprehensive enablement initiatives aligned to the region’s priorities.
