As Associate Brand Director, Masterbrand Equity and Strategy, Dove Men Personal Care, you will own the evolution of this vision, shaping how Dove Men+Care shows up in culture, connects with modern men, and drives both cultural relevance and business growth. Working in close partnership with the Head of Dove Men+Care, this is a highly visible, high-impact role with direct exposure across senior leadership, North America, and Global teams.

Pay: The pay range for this position is $146,200 to $219,400. Unilever takes into consideration a wide range of factors that are utilized in making compensation decisions including, but not limited to, skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, qualifications and education, and other business and organizational needs.
Bonus: This position is bonus eligible.
Long-Term Incentive (LTI): This position is LTI eligible.
