We’re looking for a Senior Front- end Engineer to:• Design, develop, and improve the digital products and technology services we provide to our clients and employees
• Apply a broad range of software engineering practices, from analyzing user needs and developing new features to automated testing and deployment
• Ensure the quality, security, reliability, and compliance of our solutions by applying our digital principles and implementing both functional and non-functional requirements
• Understand, represent, and advocate for client needs

Your team
In this role you will be accountable for platforms and projects in the WMA Corporate Institutional and Advisory Solutions Team. This is a hands-on technology role working in Wroclaw, PL. You will also work with broader team members distributed across US, Poland and India.Diversity helps us grow, together. Your expertise
•Strong experience with React.js and modern JavaScript (TypeScript is a strong advantage)•Practical experience integrating front-end applications with REST APIs
•Good understanding of common web security practices, including concepts such as JWT and secure communication (TLS/SSL), and how they relate to frontend implementation.
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
Nice to have:
• Familiarity with cloud environments (preferably Azure) and modern deployment pipelines
• Familiarity with security concepts (authentication, authorization, encryption, digital signature), SSL, JWT, web service proxies, firewalls and multi-protocol gateways.
• Good UNIX/Linux experiences and scripting skills
• Experience with Python will be a plus
• Academic degree- Bachelor or Master is a must have
