Internal Communications Manager

•Provide strategic communications that drive our firm's strategy and business priorities through a broad suite of internal and client communications
•Develop and execute communications plans for initiatives supporting Wealth Management USA and its key constituencies
•Exercise judgment and deliver on communications planning and prioritization
•Position, write and edit materials nimbly and accurately; manage appropriate distribution in partnership with others on the team
•Act as a communications advisor to internal business partners to drive effective messaging and distribution
•Absorb information quickly and link related topics in an intellectually challenging environment
•Ensure that messages are succinct, clear and accurate, meet established communications standards and guidelines before publication and that all reviews and approvals are coordinated and obtained prior to distribution
•Support periodic and ad-hoc reports, presentations and communications materials
•Seek out and create opportunities for efficiency by assessing and improving current delivery systems and processes
•Work effectively, efficiently, and rapidly as required to complete assignments and ensure that communications are delivered in a timely and paced manner
