Legal Apprentice

Your role

Do you have an eye for details? Do you know how to make sure things run smoothly?

We're looking for an apprentice to:

• Responsible for assisting and providing legal support to our attorneys and paralegals, ensuring all legal documents and processes are meticulously handled.
• Assist paralegal and attorneys in sending documents and information requested by judicial or administrative bodies;
• Perform the archiving and control of physical and digital documents;
• Assist in the fulfillment and draft of responses to court orders received;
• Assist paralegal and attorneys in review of contracts and other documents;
• Collaborate with other administrative activities in the legal department.

Your team

You'll be working in the Americas LES BRL team in São Paulo focusing on Judicial Orders. As apprentice, you'll play an important role in providing support to legal department.

Your expertise

• availability to work 30h per week on site (São
Paulo/SP)
• ideally basic/intermediate English skills and fluent Portuguese
• knowledge in Microsoft tools
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use.
