UBS Securities LLC is seeking an Associate Director, Structurer in New York, NY
Are you an innovative thinker? Do you enjoy delivering enhanced change capabilities across a range of business functions? Are you passionate about IT process automation using cutting edge tooling platforms?

We’re looking for an Associate Director, Structurer to:
• R&D, pricing and marketing of structured products linked to Equity, Commodity, FX and Rates. Triage with different internal Sales team to understand client needs and create tailor made solutions.
• Price exotic Structured Products and OTC trades in different internal pricing systems.
• Work closely with the different trading desks to define pricing parameters and revert on inquiries. Create presentation and pitch new product ideas to the Investment Bank and Wealth Management sales teams to launch tailor trades as well as calendar offerings.
• Work with internal and external legal teams to draft trades documentations and with all the different control functions to launch, book and settle transactions. Price and execute rates and FX OTC hedging and liability management strategies for UBS Wealth Management clients.

Salary Range & Work Schedule: $160,000 to $ 225,000 /year, 40 hrs/wk. This notice is being posted in connection with an application for permanent Alien Labor Certification. Your expertise

Education & Experience Requirement:
• Master’s degree or foreign equivalent in Finance, Economics, Mathematics, or a related field of study plus 2 years of experience in the job offered or 2 years of experience as an Structurer, Analyst, or a related occupation.

Position requires experience with the following:
• Cross Asset Derivatives, Exotics and Structured Products pricing and modeling; Monte Carlo pricing simulations; Hedging and Liability management strategies; XVA (X-Value Adjustment) implementation; Python coding; Back testing, implementation and creation of marketing and documentation on QIS indices; Derivatives pricing on custom baskets and QIS indices; Financial instrument life cycle; structured products and swap related documentation; SPV Issuances, Repack pricing and documentation.
