Client Associate

Your role

• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• provide the team with a detailed calendar of activities

Your team

You’ll be working with one of the premier wealth advisory teams in the U.S. The three financial advisors have an average experience of 20+ years in wealth management; but, we also have prior experience in investment management, investment banking and law. Our hope is to provide you with an introduction to the wealth management business, but also help you understand where this business sits within finance – how wealth management contrasts and compares to investment management, investment banking, private equity, etc. On a daily basis, we deliver advice to wealthy families and large institutions. We do so utilizing investment solutions within UBS which is now the largest wealth management firm in the world.

Your expertise

• series 7 and 66 licenses
• ideally 2-5 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor degree preferred
• communicates well and works within a team
• positive attitude
• attention to detail (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
