Are you truly service oriented? Do you know how to take care of people? This role is designed for someone interested in building a long term career on an established advisory team. We’re looking for a Client Associate to:• keep management systems up-to-date with client information
• educate clients on account services and capabilities
• help with the preparation of reports and other materials for client meetings
• collect the right documentation for opening new accounts and service requests
• plan team marketing events and maintain marketing materials
• act as a primary service contact for assigned client relationships
• anticipate client needs and resolve issues independently when appropriate
• escalate complex issues with clear recommendations and context
• partnering more closely with advisors on proactive client outreach

Your team
You’ll be working with the MML Team, a collaborative advisory team based in downtown Cleveland, supporting long standing client relationships across multiple generations. Our team emphasizes quality service, clear communication, and shared responsibility. This role is central to delivering a consistently high client experience and offers meaningful long term growth for the right candidate.Success in this role means clients feel known, supported, and confident that their requests are handled efficiently and accurately. The right person will be proactive, detail oriented, and motivated to take increasing responsibility over time.
Your expertise
• series 7 and 66 licenses (or willingness to pass exams within 6 months of hire)• ideally 2-3 years of experience in client service, within the finance sector
• bachelor degree preferred
• excellent communicator, with solid interpersonal skills
• detail oriented (nothing gets past you)
• proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• comfortable working with high net worth client relationships
• ability to prioritize in a fast paced, team driven environment
• discretion and professionalism when handling sensitive client matters
