Your role

Are you a problem solver with strong quantitative skills? Do you enjoy working in a fast paced trading team and building a strong client facing trading platform? Are you a natural leader? We’re looking for someone like that who has:
• history of consistent revenue generation and a proven business builder
• proactively keep on top of market developments and trading opportunities
• strong client franchise trader with wide range of relationships
• run various types of analysis to improve our risk-taking, our PnL reporting, our franchise market share and much more
• follow regulations and internal policies, including quality of execution, pricing, hedging, trading limits and compliance policies

Your team

You’ll be working in the Leveraged Finance Credit Trading team in London.

Your expertise

• trading experience in leveraged finance credit across bonds and/or loans
• have a strong understanding of financial markets, instruments and strategies across asset classes
• minimum 4 years experience in a global credit platform with a strong revenue track record
• willingness to see clients 2-3 times a week to further our franchise
• strong credit analysis skills - time spent as a desk analyst before becoming a trader is appreciated
• fast learner with attention to detail
• you’re curious to explore how AI can improve how we build, deliver, and optimize workflows. You do this with sound judgment – validating outputs and aligning with policies, risk standards, and ethical use
