Your role

As a part of your team, you will
• Work on creating, improving, and supporting modern technology tools and solutions that help UBS stay the world’s leading global wealth manager
• Build tech solutions that solve real business problems and strengthen UBS’s position as a digital-first financial services company.
• Check and test code, review others’ work, and take part in designing how applications are built (SDLC phases).
• Work with others to refine user requirements through test driven development (TDD).
• Work with teams across different technology areas (like databases, UNIX, and cloud) to solve complex problems together.

Your team

You’ll be working in the CashPlatform team in Cash&Funding space in Treasury. We are working directly with Business, on building brand new and strategic solution for Cash and Funding management across UBS.

We welcome applicants who have either already graduated from a recognized university or are in the final year (seventh semester) of their degree course at the start of the Program in summer 2026.
For many of our technical roles, we do ask that you have already obtained a Bachelor’s degree or are studying towards a Master’s degree or equivalent qualification. No professional experience is necessary, but a computer science or computer engineering-related educational background is required.

Your expertise

• Knowledge of networks, operating systems, data structures, and databases
• Proficiency in Java programming language and SpringBoot
• Able to code in Python also desirable
• Experience with GenAI is a plus
• Excellent English (written and oral)
