Are you a people person? Do you know how to stay calm under pressure? We are looking for someone who can help us support the front office while servicing clients. You’ll:• support client advisors
• be the point of entry for processing client orders
• make sure that administrative arrangements and client-related processes are completed
• carry out daily transaction processing and complex troubleshooting
• keep in contact with internal and external clients

Your team
• knowledge of banking operations• experience dealing with private clients and supporting client advisors as an assistant relationship manager
• great computer skills and the willingness to learn new programs
• a strong team player who takes initiative
• methodical, concise and accurate, with strong attention to detail
• able to work under pressure (you secretly love deadlines)
• fluent in English and relevant local language (Cantonese / Mandarin) subject to the respective country teams
• relevant professional qualification (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8) or License Person of Type 1 or equivalent
Your expertise
• strong experience in banking operations / wealth management front support, ideally with exposure to private clients and supporting Client Advisors (assistant relationship manager / client servicing experience)• proven people leadership capability (team leadership, coaching, performance management, stakeholder influence) and a track record of building high-performing support teams
• excellent organisational skills: methodical, concise and accurate with strong attention to detail; comfortable with deadlines and high-volume workflows
• strong systems aptitude and advanced Excel/PC skills; willingness to learn new tools quickly
• strong judgement under pressure and confidence handling escalations, complex troubleshooting and sensitive client situations.
• fluency in English and Cantonese and Mandarin
• relevant professional qualification / licensing (HKSI Paper 1, 7, 8 and/or Type 1 licensed representative, or equivalent)
