Where is the work:
Monday to Thursday, work onsite with your colleagues. Fridays, choose your work location, balancing what your work requires.
- PURPOSE OF THE JOB
- Define, implement and validate technical solutions for the electrical functionalities embedded in the chillers, either on the development of new products (NPD) or through the evolution of existing products (Quality, VAVE, obsolescence).
- Provide technical support to the company's departments and customers.
LABOUR RELATIONS
- Is under the responsibility of the "Electrical Team Leader" to whom he reports.
- Daily and functional relationship with team members.
- Frequent interactions with the product development group in charge, the methods department, the test laboratory, the marketing team.
- Interactions with the Sales Support Group (SASU), the Quality, Purchasing, Procurement, Order Intake (CRM) department, the Cost Reduction Program Manager (VAVE), the finance department, the training center, the various production teams, the IT department.
- Technical support for sales support, special orders, production.
- Interactions with suppliers and subcontractors, other group entities abroad, external testing laboratories, sales and customer offices, local service managers (LSPs)
- Meeting with suppliers and various service managers (FSR, Quality, Sales).
RESPONSIBILITIES EXERCISED AND LATITUDE OF ACTION:
- Compliance with safety, quality, environmental and company values
- Use of standards and procedures according to the company's standards (ISO 9001/ISO 14001)
- Compliance with product-related regulatory constraints The following are responsible:
- The complete electrical technical file of a range of products (Plans, Bill of Materials, Price Request, Qualification and Testing Plan, Configurator) with a view to being industrialized.
- The reliability of the information transmitted and the technical solutions provided
- Product compliance through phases, drawing, qualification and publication of electrical data.
- Solutions that ensure the safety of workers and users.
- Completion of the validation plan and tests for compliance with the Low Voltage Directive / CE Marking.
The culmination of a project as a Pilot.
SPECIFIC PROFESSIONAL KNOWLEDGE
Operational
- Knowledge of electrical and basic mechanical design, drawing of sub-assemblies (Creo)
- Electrical diagrams, wiring logic, standard, autoCad tool.
- Nomenclature database, (Windchill tool).
- Rules for Selecting and Assembling Electrical Components
- Electrical Accreditation - Electrical Safety Rules in Design.
- Office pack, mainly Excel.

- Configurator Tools (R12)
- Electrical standards.
- Rules and processes for CE marking
- Knowledge of EMC design rules.
- Knowledge and Interpretation Low Voltage Directive and Applicable Standard EN60204-1.
- Use of electrical measuring devices and acquisition, specific software (Agilent, Power log, FlukeView).
- Knowledge of HVAC components and products, refrigeration and hydraulics principles.
- Validation plan (DVP&R).
