Proven successful track record in OEM overseas export business development
Solid commercial experience covering Autonomous Driving, Digital Cockpit, Navigation and Map product lines
Deep familiarity with at least two of the leading Chinese OEM brands for global export: Chery, BYD, SAIC, GWM, Geely, Changan, Leapmotor, Xpeng, NIO, Li Auto, HIMA
Drive client-facing presentations and evangelize TomTom’s full product portfolio during key account stakeholder meetings
Align cross-functional teams within the Automotive Business Unit to build effective internal collaboration and deliver against business KPIs
Establish close partnerships with internal product teams (SD Maps, HD Maps, TTi, Navigation) to fully capture and resolve customer requirements
Own end-to-end deal governance, leading all opportunities through formal deal review and approval workflows
Formulate customized account strategies and long-term account growth plans for assigned OEM customers
Balance hunter and farmer sales capabilities: acquire new OEM accounts while expanding revenue footprint within existing partners
Consistently hit and overachieve assigned booking and annual revenue targets
Build and sustain executive-level stakeholder networks to strengthen TomTom’s competitive positioning for new business wins
What you'll need
Bachelor’s degree; majors in Business Administration, Automotive Engineering or Computer Science are highly preferred
Minimum 10 years B2B technology/software sales experience with core focus on automotive OEM business
Demonstrated track record of zero-to-one market incubation, one-to-ten scale-up and replacement sales, with consistent over-delivery against sales quotas
Hands-on commercial experience selling AI-powered automotive solutions; co-pilot ADAS product experience is a strong plus
Proficient in CRM tools; Salesforce experience preferred
Fluent verbal and written communication in both English and Chinese
Self-motivated, target-driven sales leader with strong confidence, discipline, proactive mindset and solution-oriented attitude
Willingness to undertake frequent business travel domestically and internationally
