INTEGRATED MARKETING COMMUNICATION
- Work closely with Product Marketing team to deliver the Marketing strategies and in line with product roadmap.
- In charge of full-year planning and implementation of both ATL & BTL communications activities of the respective categories throughout the whole customer journey – from Awareness to Consideration and Conversion to support achieving the business targets.
- Lead content strategy to execution for all owned channels (social platforms, websites, EDM) as well as earned media PR, KOLs/Influencers, social groups, and manage creative agencies.
- Lead the digital strategy and manage media agency in execution to deliver the media KPIs, as well as exploring and establishing new media channels.
- Work with PR personnel for PR planning & execution for new model launch.
- Update weekly, monthly, half-year, and full-year reports.
OFFLINE ACTIVATION AND DEMAND CREATION
- Collaborate with Product Marketing member to develop and implement effective demand generation campaigns from concept, potential target audience identification, to implementation at the right channels and with the right activities, to drives sales by fostering consideration and triggering consumers’ actions.
- Lead all offline activations, including launching events, press conferences, roadshows, sponsorship… from agency briefing, concept development, planning, to execution and reporting.
OTHER:
- Contribute to CRM management, where required and as directed by the Head of Marcom and CRM team.
- Contribute to cross-category planning and management.
- Keep abreast of new and emerging marketing techniques and new channels.
- Carry out research on market trends, market opportunity, and competitor and target customer analysis to inform future value propositions.
REQUIREMENT
- Minimum 5 working years in Marcom or Digital field or minimum 3-4 working years in MKT Agency. Experience in Electronics/ Retail will be a strong plus but not compulsory.
- Strong knowledge of IMC, Digital Marketing, Social Marketing/ Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, Tiktok…).
- Excellent copy writing skills and creative mindset.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office tools
- Fluent in English communications
- Quick catch-up in Marketing Trends.
