To lead marketing initiatives for Pay-to-Merchant (P2M), driving user adoption, transaction growth, and merchant collaboration. This role requires strong ownership, strategic thinking, and the ability to turn business priorities into impactful marketing plans and measurable results.
What you'll do
- Take full ownership of end-to-end marketing initiatives for P2M, from strategy development to execution and performance optimization, aligned with overall business direction
- Drive user acquisition, activation, transaction frequency, and retention for P2M with clear KPI accountability and strong ROI mindset
- Leverage our ecosystem assets, internal platforms, and cross-product synergies to maximize impact and unlock scalable growth opportunities for P2M
- Initiate and manage collaborations with external partners and merchants to create win-win campaign mechanics that drive transaction growth and business value
- Work cross-functionally with Product, BD, Operations, Finance, and Regional teams to ensure seamless execution and strong alignment on business priorities
- Analyze campaign and transaction performance, extract actionable insights, and continuously refine strategies to improve efficiency, profitability, and customer engagement
- Monitor market trends, user behavior, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities and strengthen P2M competitiveness
- Lead and mentor team members, ensuring strong project ownership, timeline discipline, and high-quality delivery
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related fields
- Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in fintech, credit, BNPL, financial services, or digital platform businesses
- Proven track record in driving end-to-end marketing campaigns with measurable business impact
- Strong ownership mindset with the ability to operate independently
- Strategic thinker with solid business logic and understanding of P&L impact
- Strong analytical skills with clear understanding of performance marketing metrics and ROI optimization
- Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills, both internally and externally
- Experience in leading projects and managing team members with clear accountability
- Excellent command of English is required, both written and spoken, to effectively collaborate with cross-functional and regional stakeholders
