Mobile Technician - Expansion

What you'll do

• Performs maintenance and repairs related to buildings, grounds, and equipment, in one or more areas such as electrical, plumbing, painting and grounds-keeping.
• Establishes, monitors, and carries out preventative maintenance procedures and schedules for buildings, equipment, and grounds.
• Ensures building and equipment meet all safety, security and fire regulations and policies. Makes recommendations for major repairs and purchases to management
• Performs carpentry, electrical, painting, mechanical and plumbing maintenance, and repairs such as repairing furniture, constructing shelves, installing switches, replacing plugs but not limited to other basic appliance repairs, applying paint, other finishes, repairing drywall, disassembling, and reassembling equipment, replacing sinks and toilets, other Mechanical, Electrical & Civil works 
• Attend breakdowns, identify fault and problem solve, with minimal downtime to operation
• Ensuring all work orders are managed & attended in a timely manner
• Attending to Overnight emergency cases
• To adhere to the timeline stipulated in SLA
• Report breakdown root causes, equipment faults and concerns to Management
• Carry out Preventive Plan Maintenance (PPM) schedules as necessary and planned work orders as required 
• Fill in job tickets/log completion of work on the computerized maintenance management system
• Undertake special projects as required 
• Plan projects or subtasks so they may be tracked and presented 
• Perform root cause analysis and resolve problems
• SPX MT to prepare service report upon job completion

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in building maintenance as a handyman
• Experience in performing general repairs accordingly in a timely manner
• Candidate who graduated with a vocational certification of SKM Level 3 are highly welcome to apply.
• Holding a valid GDL driving licences – required to drive van for work related purposes
• Working pattern: 45 working hours weekly, Overtime if required, required to be on standby to attend to work order when needed
• Working location: Based in Pulau Indah – transportation is provided for work purposes
