What you'll do

As a channel owner, you will develop, implement, and manage social channels for Merchant line to drive channel KPIs:

• Plan and execute monthly content, translating platform knowledge and operational insights into clear and engaging content.
• Create and manage digital content across formats such as short-form videos, livestream, instructional materials,...
• Manage end-to-end content production, ensuring clarity, quality, and consistency of communication assets.
• Manage and optimize TikTok organic and Ads campaigns to increase content reach, follower growth, and engagement.
• Deliver weekly reports with key insights.
• Identify opportunities to improve content formats and propose new approaches that enhance audience engagement, channel growth.
• Stay updated with the latest social trends and algorithm changes.
• Coordinate with related teams to execute communication plan for company projects.
• Agency management.
• Monitor channel sentiment.

• L&D activities on social media (Webinar)
• Social media comms based ad-hoc assigned by line manager

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years working in a tech start-up environment (e-commerce, ride-hailing, food delivery…)
• Strong understanding of social media platforms TikTok, Youtube , content formats, and audience engagement.
• Excellent knowledge of TikTok, Youtube, and other social media best practices.
• Experience in planning and executing social media content strategies, including managing content production from ideation to publishing.
• Experience with paid social media campaigns and the ability to optimize campaigns for reach and engagement.
• Strong analytical skills, with the ability to analyze performance data, build dashboards, and translate insights into actionable improvements.
• Strong writing, storytelling, and communication skills with attention to detail.
• High collaboration with all departments, open-minded & flexible align the process with counterparts from other functions.
• Familiar with AI tools is a plus.
