Apply What you'll do
- Develop and maintain learning and development strategy aligned with project and business growth
- Define competency framework and capability roadmap for project teams
- Design structured learning paths and onboarding programs for new resources
- Identify skill gaps and recommend development initiatives to improve team readiness
- Establish knowledge management repository and standard learning materials
- Standardize SOPs and documentation to support consistent delivery
- Support operational planning to ensure capability readiness for project ramp-up
- Monitor readiness status and highlight risks related to capability gaps
- Coordinate with stakeholders to align learning initiatives with operational needs
- Drive continuous improvement for learning effectiveness and operational efficiency
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a Project Management or related roles, with strong stakeholder management and learning & development exposure
- Prior experience in the credit industry is a strong advantage
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and self-driven mindset
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- High proficiency in Microsoft Excel
- Strong critical thinking ability with hands-on execution capability
- Results-oriented with strong ownership and accountability
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
- Passion for working in a fast-paced, ambiguous startup or tech-driven environment
