The Warehouse Resource Planning Lead is responsible for end-to-end planning and optimization of warehouse
resources across Supply Planning, Capacity Planning, Budgeting, Control Tower operations, and Asset Management systems.
The role ensures that warehouse resource operations are properly forecasted, resourced, and cost-controlled to
support efficient execution across Packaging, Manpower, Logistics, Facilities, and related operational categories.
This role also leads a team covering key planning and analytics functions, ensuring strong execution discipline,
accuracy in forecasting, and data-driven decision-making.
What you'll do
Integrated Resource Planning
- Lead end-to-end planning across:
- Supply and demand alignment
- Warehouse capacity utilization
- Manpower and workforce planning
- Asset deployment and optimization
- Ensure alignment between operational demand and available resources across all warehouse categories
Capacity & Supply Planning
- Develop and maintain capacity models to ensure optimal warehouse utilization
- Translate demand forecasts into actionable supply and resource plans
- Identify and mitigate risks such as overcapacity, underutilization, or resource gaps
Budgeting & Cost Management
- Own resource-related budgeting across warehouse operations
- Track and analyze spend across manpower, assets, logistics, and facility services
- Identify cost efficiency opportunities and align financial plans with operational needs
Control Tower Oversight
- Oversee Control Tower reporting and KPI tracking for warehouse operations
- Ensure visibility of key performance metrics across all operational categories
- Drive decision-making through consolidated dashboards and performance insights
Asset & Systems Management
- Oversee asset management systems to ensure accurate tracking, utilization, and lifecycle optimization
- Maintain data integrity across planning, control tower, and operational systems
Team Leadership
- Manage and develop direct reports across:
- Supply Planning
- Capacity Planning
- Budgeting and Financial Planning
- Control Tower Analytics
- Asset Management
- Drive accountability, structured execution, and continuous improvement within the team
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field
- Experience in supply chain planning, warehouse operations, resource planning, or operations analytics
- Strong background in forecasting, capacity planning, or operational budgeting
- Proficiency in Excel / Google Sheets; experience with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau, SQL, ERP systems) is an advantage
- Strong analytical, planning, and stakeholder management skills
- Detail-oriented with strong systems thinking and process discipline
- Strong in connecting demand, capacity, and cost into one integrated view
- Highly analytical and comfortable working with complex operational datasets
- Strong ownership of planning accuracy and operational efficiency
- Able to manage both people and structured planning processes
- Proactive in identifying risks, gaps, and optimization opportunities
