What you'll do

• Strategic Leadership: Own and execute the end-to-end digital growth strategy, aligning Performance Marketing (paid) and SEO (organic) objectives with overarching business revenue targets.
• Team Empowerment: Lead, mentor, and coach a team of 6 senior associates, fostering a culture of high performance, accountability, and rapid problem-solving.
• Performance Accountability: Oversee multi-million dollar budgets, ensuring rigorous CPA, ROAS, and CLV targets are met or exceeded in a fast-paced environment.
• Operational Excellence: Streamline cross-functional workflows between performance marketing and SEO to ensure holistic search presence and brand consistency.
• Data-Driven Decision Making: Champion advanced analytics, A/B testing, and attribution modeling to provide actionable insights that drive quick pivots in strategy.
• High-Stakes Stakeholder Management: Translate complex marketing metrics into clear, executive-level reports for leadership, managing expectations during volatile market conditions

Requirements

• Experience: 4-6 years in digital marketing, with at least 2 years in a formal leadership role managing senior individual contributors.
• Technical Proficiency: Deep expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, programmatic, and advanced SEO technical/content strategies.
• Leadership Temperament: Proven ability to lead under pressure; must be comfortable navigating ambiguity and maintaining team morale
• Data Mastery: Expert-level knowledge of GA4, Looker Studio, and CRM integrations (e.g., Salesforce/HubSpot).
• Agility: Demonstrated history of managing rapid-scale campaigns and evolving strategies in real-time based on fluctuating performance data.
