What you'll do
- Lead end-to-end planning of physical network expansion to support organizational growth targets for 2026 and beyond.
- Manage project execution for new facility openings, including timeline tracking, cross-functional coordination, and process optimization.
- Lead and manage 4PL partners, ensuring performance exceeds targets in terms of service quality, operational efficiency, and cost control.
- Develop and maintain monthly network expansion plans, ensuring optimal capacity utilization and cost efficiency.
- Monitor, analyze, and report performance against expansion and operational targets, with a strong focus on capacity planning and optimization.
- Drive special projects such as lead time analysis, space utilization studies, and capacity assessments, including ensuring on-time hub openings and timely replacement of facilities when required.
- Leverage data-driven insights to continuously optimize the existing network, improving efficiency, speed, and cost-effectiveness.
- Support last-mile optimization initiatives by identifying capacity constraints and proposing actionable, data-backed improvement strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering or related fields.
- 2-5 years of experience in business development, project management, or management consulting.
- Proficient in English (written and verbal).
- Advanced proficiency in data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, and related software.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen eye for detail.
- Expertise in project management and timeline tracking.
