What you'll do

• Execute assigned project tasks and support on-site operations to ensure smooth project delivery.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams during the preparation phase.
• Support onsite setup and event operations.
• Monitor materials, checklists, and project deliverables.
• Provide regular progress updates and assist with post project follow up.
• Manage and perform multiple tasks simultaneously as part of daily project execution.

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in project execution or event operations.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Proactive, responsible, and detail-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with vendors and suppliers is a plus.
• Willingness to travel and work onsite as required.
• Flexible working hours, including weekends when necessary.
• Strong sense of ownership and accountability.
