Partner and Seller Support - Contract (SPX Express)

Apply What you'll do
- Handle all cases related to strategic sellers, including pickup issues, delivery delays, and loss/damage claims.
- Serve as the dedicated contact channel for sellers, providing timely updates and solutions.
- Support the onboarding of new sellers by providing guidance on logistics processes, tools, and policies.
- Submit accurate and complete case details to the relevant teams for thorough investigation and resolution.
- Provide constructive feedback and insights to cross-functional teams to drive process improvements and enhance seller experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of operational workflows to ensure smooth coordination across departments.
- Ensure seller satisfaction by consistently delivering professional and efficient support.
- Working Days: 6 days per week (day-off to be aligned)
- Operating Hours: 10:00 – 19:00
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in customer service, operations, or account management, ideally within e-commerce or logistics.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to handle escalations and provide effective solutions under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office / Google Workspace
