- Review the product roadmap and drive market research and GTM strategy through in-depth analysis and competitive benchmarking, identifying high-impact opportunities and emerging trends in Brazil’s financial services landscape.
- Drive end-to-end project execution, from planning through to delivery, ensuring initiatives are completed on time and deliver meaningful business impact.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional stakeholders to translate strategic opportunities into clear, actionable plans and ensure effective execution.
- Proactively identify potential risks and challenges, and implement mitigation strategies to support smooth and successful delivery.
- Leverage internal data on costs and product profitability to generate insights and support data-driven decision-making.
Requirements
● Bachelor's degree or higher in Finance, Business, or a related field is required.
● Minimum 3 year of experience in a business planning/strategy/consulting/product management role, ideally within the fintech, retail banking, or broader financial services industry.
● Problem-Solving Skills: Demonstrate structured and analytical approach to problem-solving. Being proactive, resourceful, and eager to take initiative.
● Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential. Able to effectively present complex information to both technical and non-technical audiences, and collaborate across different teams and with external partners.
● Core Competencies: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Strong analytical and quantitative skills are also required.
