Event Management Intern - Monee (May/ June/ July 2026 Intake)

What you'll do

• Assist in planning and executing events such as sponsorship events, brand partner events, and community initiatives
• Liaise and support closely with third-party vendors, event organizers, and stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery
• Coordinate event logistics, including venue arrangements, booth setup, vendor coordination, equipment rental, and transportation
• Support marketing campaign execution, including developing key visuals, planning social media content, coordinating campaign exposure, and preparing marketing materials for events
• Provide on-site operational support during events, covering setup, coordination, and troubleshooting
• Provide general administrative and operational support, including documentation and data tracking
• Assist in identifying areas for improvement and sharing post-event learnings

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or relevant experience)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills with meticulous attention to details
• Responsible, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to travel and support on-ground event setup when required
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
