Key Account Manager, Senior Associate - Singapore Business Development, 1-year contract

Apply What you'll do
- In charge of a set of key accounts to groom their performance on Shopee
- Analyse accounts' performance and operation metrics to provide solutions to optimise accounts' performance
- Work with accounts to execute campaign and sales strategies to achieve category and accounts' ambitions
- Work closely with internal teams, including marketing, revenue, and operations teams, to ensure all executions are completed successfully
- Engage accounts to participate in Shopee campaigns and work with them to execute and deliver campaign targets
- Work with category managers to define, implement and execute growth strategy
- Lead in-team projects to set up improvement processes and execute new initiatives
- Develop and execute a category strategy aligned with company objectives
- Stay informed about category trends and sellers' and buyers’ behaviour.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Minimum two years of working experience in management consulting, or e-commerce industry, or has a passion in the e-commerce industry
- Experienced in managing project workstreams
- Strong internal and external communication and senior stakeholder management
- Strong qualitative and quantitative analytical skills
- Strong business acumen, critical thinking and ability to form actionable insights and recommendations using advanced analytic skills
- Ability to work in a dynamic environment
