- Extract user experience feedback and sentiments regarding products, features, or business initiatives
- Conduct studies to identify user experience improvement opportunities based on user needs, market trends, and competitive landscape
- Analyze, prepare, and distribute consumer listening reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree with 1+ years working experience (experience in CX or User Research will be an advantage)
- User-centric mindset with the ability to empathize with users' pain points
- Strong communication, logical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Good comprehension of technology and comfortable working with technical tools (e.g. Microsoft Excel, etc)
- Proven ability of task management, project management and prioritization to ensure a smooth operation
- Ability to analyze and gather insights from data to determine actionable items
