Seller Support is a platform seller-facing governance function responsible for driving seller compliance and protecting pickup performance in close partnership with the Platform Team and SPX Operations. Our mission is to enable 1st-mile and pickup-related solution development, ensuring SPX remains competitive and operationally strong in a rapidly evolving eCommerce logistics landscape.
What you'll do
You will be responsible for driving execution across seller governance initiatives, performance management, and strategic improvement projects. You will oversee seller-related performance metrics, develop intelligence reports to benchmark against competitors, and propose operational solutions to enhance pickup efficiency and first-mile readiness. This role requires strong ownership, structured reporting, and cross-functional coordination with Platform, Ops, BD, and BI teams.
- Lead execution of seller performance management initiatives, ensuring compliance and protecting pickup KPIs.
- Develop Seller Intelligence and Market Benchmark reports (e.g., income structure, pickup process, policy comparison) to support strategic decision-making.
- Identify and propose operational solutions to improve 1st-mile readiness and pickup-related performance gaps.
- Build and maintain structured reporting dashboards while driving corrective actions through cross-functional coordination.
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in eCommerce, logistics operations, seller management, or performance governance.
- Strong analytical and reporting capability; proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and experienced in dashboard tracking.
- Structured thinker with strong project execution and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to translate operational gaps into actionable solutions, with business acumen and competitive awareness.
