Key Account Manager, Klang Valley - ShopeeFood [Attractive Commissions!]

Apply What you'll do
- Manage and grow assigned merchant accounts by tracking performance and encouraging participation in ShopeeFood campaigns and promotions.
- Achieve monthly KPI targets through co-funded campaigns and promotional initiatives, with commission incentives tied to performance.
- Work closely with merchants to address their sales and operational challenges.
- Identify and develop high-potential merchants within the assigned area and convert them to ShopeeFood merchants.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth campaign execution and a positive merchant experience.
- Monitor and report competitor activities and market trends within the assigned areas.
- Perform any other ad hoc tasks as assigned.
Requirements
- 0-2 years of experience in business development, relationship/ account management or sales (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).
- Diploma or SPM graduates from all backgrounds are welcome to apply.
- Flexible to travel within your assigned area for merchant visits.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment.
- Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills, with the ability to communicate effectively and build relationships with merchants and stakeholders from diverse backgrounds.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, Chinese language or other dialects will be an advantage.
- Flexible to work on-ground during peak periods or as business needs require.
