Business Insights Senior Analyst, Digital Bank

What you'll do

• Partner closely with the CEO to develop high-quality presentations, business reviews, and strategic materials for internal leadership meetings, board discussions, and external stakeholders.
• Analyze business performance, financial metrics, and market data to generate actionable insights that support decision-making at the executive level.
• Translate complex data, financial information, and market trends into clear and compelling narratives, charts, and presentation materials.
• Support the CEO in preparing strategic updates, investor-style decks, and business cases for key initiatives across the organization.
• Monitor industry developments, competitor movements, and regulatory trends within the banking and financial services landscape to inform leadership perspectives.
• Consolidate inputs from multiple teams and transform them into structured executive summaries and presentation-ready materials.
• Develop dashboards, analytical models, and structured reports to track business performance and highlight key opportunities or risks.
• Act as a strategic thought partner to the CEO by providing data-backed insights and recommendations to support business priorities.
• Ensure all executive presentations maintain a high standard of clarity, analytical rigor, and visual storytelling.
• Work cross-functionally with strategy, finance, product, and business teams to gather insights and ensure leadership materials accurately reflect business performance.

Requirements

• Min 5 years of experience in strategy, business analytics, consulting, investment banking, or financial services.
• Strong understanding of banking, fintech, or financial services industry dynamics.
• Exceptional PowerPoint and data storytelling skills, with the ability to translate numbers into executive-level insights.
• Highly analytical with strong proficiency in Excel and data interpretation.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle confidential executive-level materials.
• Strong business judgment and the ability to communicate insights clearly to senior stakeholders.
