What you'll do

Job Description

• Project Delivery: Drive technical delivery from planning through development, testing, and launch
• Requirement Management: Gather, document, and secure sign-offs for BRDs, PRDs, and PRAs
• UAT Ownership: Manage the end-to-end UAT process (planning, execution, and sign-off)
• Roadmap & Releases: Plan and communicate feature releases and product roadmap changes
• Knowledge Support: Create feature guides and provide training/support to internal departments

Requirements

Job Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Experience in the FinTech, banking or payments industry, specifically product management for deposit, payments, or transfer products and services
• With experience in business requirement analysis, product design, user acceptance testing, user experience research, competitor analysis, and project management
• Demonstrated track record of getting things done in a fast-paced environment
• Proficiency in both spoken and written English. Able to communicate complex business or technical information effectively
• Good analytical and logical thinking skills
• Good collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams
• Amenable to work on-site in Ortigas, Mandaluyong City
