Apply What you'll do
- Manage agency employees’ attendance and reconciliation
- Handle all agency-related matters
- Collaborate across internal and external stakeholders to ensure headcount fulfilment can be met
- Monitor, track, and review headcount fulfilment against targeted benchmarks and alert relevant stakeholders when targets are not met
- Maintain accurate and updated records for all trackers
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by the department head or reporting line
Requirements
- Excellent communication & interpersonal skills both verbal and written to both internal and external stakeholders
- Able to work independently in a complex and diverse environment
- Well-versed with Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word etc)
- Excellent command of English, ability to converse fluently in other languages (e.g. Bahasa Melayu) is preferred.
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or relevant disciplines is preferred. Others with transferrable skillsets are also welcomed to apply.
