Chinese Seller Campaign Management - CN Speaking (Shopee)

Apply What you'll do
- Own mega campaign planning end-to-end: annual/quarterly calendar, category priorities, target setting, and milestone management.
- Align key resources and support (subsidy, exposure, benefits) and drive cross-functional readiness to ensure on-time launch.
- Co-design campaign mechanics with Market teams (participation rules, voucher/subsidy setup, traffic & page strategy) and lead reviews/sign-offs.
- Track campaign/CFS performance regularly (sign-up, adoption, conversion, incremental GMV/orders, budget burn & ROI, seller retention/re-participation).
- Deliver weekly/monthly reporting and post-mortems with insights + actionable optimization, and partner with BI to maintain dashboards and metric definitions.
Requirements
- Ability to communicate fluently in Chinese or English (spoken and written), with the ability to simplify complex concepts.
- Candidates with a consulting background are preferred.
- Holds a bachelor's degree with excellent academic record
- Logical thinker with strong problem solving skills
- Analytical mindset with experience in using data to drive decision-making.
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel
