Workforce Research & Insights (Senior/ Associate) - SPX Express

What you'll do

The Workforce Research & Insights Associate/Senior Associate supports research initiatives, conducts labor‑market analysis, and helps deliver insights and standardized processes for the workforce management team

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and execute Workforce Management (WFM) projects.
• Conduct labor market research and basic analysis of labor market data to provide insight for the line manager
• Conduct market research and organize immersion trips for the WFM team or other management teams to key regions to deepen on site labor market
• Assist in documenting, maintaining, and updating standardized processes and booking systems.
• Prepare reports, summaries, and visual outputs for internal teams.
• Work with cross‑functional partners to support the execution of initiatives.
• Other tasks as assigned

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in research, operations, HR, or related roles.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• Good communication and project management skills.
• Curious, proactive, and willing to travel for immersion trips
