- Manage the planning and implementation of Key People Initiatives based on current and future business needs, primarily in Talent Management and Organizational Development, as well as all associated administrative duties
- Support and drive employee survey initiatives, covering data collection, analysis, reporting, and cross-stakeholder coordination to ensure timely and effective delivery
- Assist in overseas assignment, internal transfer, and relocation processes, including documentation preparation, vendor coordination, timeline tracking, and employee communication to ensure smooth execution.
- Support the planning and delivery of talent development programs, including logistics coordination, materials preparation, participant tracking, and post-program evaluation.
- Work closely with HRBPs, COEs, and business teams to ensure people programs are well-coordinated, clearly communicated, and consistently implemented.
