Operational Excellence (Projects) - MariBank (2026 Graduates)

What you'll do

• Drive operational excellence and innovation by reviewing processes to identify potential areas of improvement to optimize quality, efficiency and effectiveness
• Work closely with various stakeholders to understand their needs and pain points and align on objectives and considerations
• Analyse data to derive actionable insights and guide decision making
• Monitor key performance metrics and indicators in conjunction with internal stakeholders to ensure governance and compliance

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and above, preferably in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering or related fields
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on optimisation and process improvement
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage relationships across different teams
• Ability to learn quickly, and manage multiple projects effectively
• A year working experience is preferred, candidates who are willing to learn are welcome to apply
